Chase a Dream

- Jump Rope – 3 minutes
- 10 – Glute Kickbacks
- 10 – Jumping Lunges
- 10 – Star Jumps
- 1 hour swim or bike for distance.
- Then, 2 hour casual outdoor jog, run, or hike.
